Scott Fitzke is the founder of Fitzke Law, LLC.  He was formerly a shareholder in a boutique firm that emphasized representing businesses, business owners, property owners, real estate brokerages and brokers, and commercial lenders.  Scott has over 20 years of experience in providing his clients with legal knowledge and practical problem solving.  In addition to handling personal, business, and real estate transactions, Scott is an adept litigator.  Scott has handled hundreds of state and federal court matters.  He has successfully represented clients in contract disputes, real estate disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial foreclosures/Collections, business dissolutions, among other types of litigation.  He has represented hundreds of licensed professionals in the defense of professional negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and other claims, both civil and administrative.
